Yesterday, hubby and I celebrated 11 years of marriage. 11 Years ago, we were flying to France for our honeymoon. My how times have changed. I would love to be there again right now
As I said in How To Ruin Date Night, we made this year about us and our family and not about where we went or what we were wearing. I made dinner at home: these Baked Creamy Chicken Taquitos found via Melissa. We hung out at home, with the kids, celebrating where 11 years has brought us. Pretty amazing when we stop to think about it.
This week, I discovered some really fabulous reads in my reader and I’d like to share those with you this morning.
- Now is the Time to Be Thankful
- Pardon Me, Madam, Your Neuroses are Showing – an absolute must read.
- Spread Bloggy Love
- A Summer List
- The Secret To Creating a Beautiful Home (Even if it Wasn’t Born That Way
Enjoy your weekend!!

Congrats on #11 – we were married in the same year! our anniversary is in august. we didn’t honeymoon in paris, but we were there as engaged college students back packing through europe! i’d love to go back as a married couple and stay in actual hotels vs. youth hostels.
looking forward to checking out your links.
cheers!

Thanks for including me!
Happy Anniversary! While France does sound awesome my favorite times with my husband are at home just being us. Relaxing, laughing, being silly with the kids or even just working.
Have a wonderful weekend!
