I meant to post this earlier today and here it is already afternoon because life comes before the blog. Shocking, I know. I ran to the ocean from my house and then back again this morning. It was amazing and beautiful and wonderful. Most amazing and wonderful of all is that I can still move. Then my daughter and I had a little girl time date. A highlight of every week.
