Let me start today by saying thank you. I didn’t know what the reaction to this was going to be. I was floored by the chiming in the, the stories you shared, and the support that is buried in the comments part of that post for all of us that need it. Thank you. I will be posting more soon about what I did/am doing to be in a better place now.

Dear Emily, it’s kind of scary. I think you were in my mind when you wrote this post, because what you describe is me last winter. I stayed at home a lot, my man was working all the time and on some point I loathed myself for what I had become. I totally understand how you feel and I think you have taken a great decision to reset your life. I wish both of us luck to overcome all this and start loving ourselves.
Kisses from Greece.
