The house looks more inviting now. I believe a house is a lifelong project; your taste and family’s needs change specially if you have kids.

I’m seeing a lot of houses and interiors painted yellow while Green is on the decline… Will it be the new color for 2010?

How exciting! It looks great! I can relate somewhat. Our new house needs soo much help, but we can only work on the inside right now. The outside is atrocious with peeling paint and cracked stucco and holes and the back has three-colored wood siding. Yuck! thank you everyone! your cheerful comments match my cheerful house color. Linda, hubby and I said the same thing about how the new color makes the landscaping pop. we went to plant a lot more green. and I love my lemons that show up better with the yellow background.

You should be crying- happy tears. It's just lovely! Mine is half white and half grey. I got the bottom part painted and then realized that no matter what, I could not climb the ladder to do the top half! and couldn't afford to hire someone to do it! So it's on hold.
