Things have been busy in a mostly good way around here. Temperatures have dropped, and finally after months of melting outside, we can enjoy hours of playing without having to dump water on our heads. We’ve been enjoying autumn by taking walks.
When we’re inside, I’ve been decluttering and organizing. Ever notice how decluttering and organizing means everything gets really messy before it gets really organized?
As I type this, the house is being painted. A generous Christmas present from my parents, something totally useful and not at all cluttery. Can’t wait until it’s done!

One teensy blog change here. I have finally decided to add a photography category along the sidebar. I am no fabulous photog by any stretch of the imagination but I do enjoy it so it’s going to have it’s own place right here.

that is a nice present! we need our house painted too – although now that it is rainy season we will probably put it off for a while. have a great weekend with lots of picture taking.
