There are few things more magnificent than watching the sun rise over the ocean. It was totally worth waking the kids up at 5:30 and snuggling them in warmer jammies and a blanket to head out there. We got there early enough to sit and take in the beauty and stillness of a cool morning while anticipating the sun’s arrival. I’ve lived minutes from the beach for 3 years now and am so glad we finally did this.

Oh I can’t wait until we can share this with our two little ones. We saw a realtor last week and it wasn’t good news, market here is so sluggish and homes aren’t moving. She actually said that to list this winter would be a waste of our efforts… sooo sad…
