The Bathroom Makeover

The Bathroom Makeover

12 days after we started this whirlwind project, things are winding down. Aside from having all the accessories worked out and some other minor things, like white switch plates, and other little annoying details, it’s complete. Instead of waiting until every last little thing is in place, which could be forever, I am just revealing it all now. Flaws and imperfections and all.

As a reminder, the before:

And Now:

I’d love to spend a few more paragraphs describing everything but I won’t. I think it’s pretty self explanatory. And today is the first day that both of my littles are at school so my house is quiet and I have to go hop on the Wii fit and have it scold me now.

What a great makeover! I’ve got to redo our master bath, and this gives me some inspiration. Really love your tile and the beadboard.

P.S. I hate when the Wii trainer scolds me. Ha.

Or Jane F’s fabulous new kitchen makeover (My New Kitchen) — without a rip-down, tear out fight with the old one. Truly amazing!

Congratulations. I like everything: the yellow, the tiny black tiles, the medallions on the corners of the door. It looks fresh and clean but classic rather than “new.”

First of all I’m behind on my google reader so just now seeing this but WOW I love it! My bathroom is tiny but I added up all the costs to do tile (it’s orginial rotting wood floor with peel and stick tile over it from previous owner right now) & tear out plaster & put up mold resistant drywall and it’ll have to wait- my husband & I don’t charge anything…ever. So saving up for it will take awhile but these pictures keep me going…someday I will have my bathroom :)
Another thing: WHY does the Wii Fit have to scold us? Why? and when you step on it doesn’t the little “oh!” sound like “Oh! you are heavy today” lol
