Go Outside

There are plenty to choose from

Then sit back and enjoy the view and watching kids be kids.

There’s no better way to spend the long days of summer.
I am adding this to Melissa’s Beautiful Life Party.

I do love those chairs, especially the Adirondack ones. Where did you find those? And I also enjoy the innocent play of children. Just watching kids be kids, as you say.

Such beautiful children. How adorable!
I am trying desperately to live in the moment with the kids and not worrying about what I should be doing but it’s so darn HARD to do! I’ll keep on trying though!

ahhhh that looks like sooo much fun! We always head to my in-laws beach house in central California every year- I CANT wait- this 110 degree heat index in Texas is NOT my cup of tea.
Enjoy your summer!

Emily… Thank you so much for dropping by DesignTies today and commenting on my kitchen remodel… so appreciated! BTW ~ because you commented on an archived DesignTies post, you’ve been entered in my “bought a gift while on mini-holiday” giveaway. Good luck!!
I’m envious of your lovely lake-front family cottage!! Maybe one day we’ll be so lucky!! I browsed around your blog, enjoying your great posts and photographs. The fresh blue colour you’ve painted your Adirondack chairs is FAB, particularly against the soft gray of the cottage!
Cheers,

Isn’t this what a “beautiful life” is all about? Forget the decorative accessories – get outside and enjoy the accessories nature offers for free. I love the shot with the daisy. Great pictures.
