Beautiful Boy

We anticipated his arrival with eager hearts
He came into this world calm and peaceful
He has filled our hearts with joy and our days with laughter.
The moments have flown by all too fast. Milestones have been reached, changes have happened before our eyes. I can hardly believe that two years has gone by and he’s no longer a squishy newborn. I will miss the days of having a baby in my arms but I cherish the moments I have now and the thought that there is much more ahead. I can’t wait to continue to discover who this little man will become.
Happy 2nd Birthday, Buddy.

Happy birthday, little one! I too am amazed that my daughter is now three and no longer a squishy newborn. I agree, it is hard to not have the babies anymore, but so fun to see the new stages as they develop.

I just found you through the Nester, and read your post on Inspired Room, too. Yes, very inspiring–thank you! I had tears in my eyes as I read this post. My boy turned two the 13th! I have an almost four year-old daughter, too.
