I hadn't heard of it before. The Japanese culture is all about simplicity and seeing the beauty in things. And 'perfectly imperfect' and "embracing imperfection"....toooooo funnny! I recently wrote a post in my own blog with that same title and about the very same thing!! LOL I guess great minds think alike, eh? I enjoyed your article at The Inspired Room.
