Happy Holidays

I’m as ready as I’m ever going to be. My lists are done enough. We’ll just make do from here on out. This year’s celebrations are going to be very quiet, just the four of us until New Year’s Eve. I have never been more prepared for or excited about a Christmas day before. We planned and prepared ahead of time to be able to provide a celebration for our family that feels just right. We knew when to say enough and we stopped. Now we just wait. Quiet.
This year has been wonderful. It’s hard not to get to the end of December and reflect on a year gone by. And wonder what next year will bring.
I wish you all a happy holiday and all the best in the new year.

Hi, if you’re trying to do a review page for Blogher with no ads, I just went through that with them for JC Penney video review. I think most of us made another 2nd blog just for the video review. I just named mine…Southern Hospitality Two. Hope that helps!

New Years is one of my favorite times. I love the reflection blended with the optimism of whatever is coming, right around the corner.

A few years back, we started to always spend Christmas day, just as a family – so everyone could really experience the day, play with toys, and just be relaxed. It has been wonderful! Have a wonderful Christmas, Emily!
