I'm Italian, that's my excuse :) If you want a real nice pesto use the real Parmigiano, Parmesan is a fake. And that kind of spiral pasta is called fusilli, if you want to eat Italian, drop the chicken - fusilli + pesto is the real thing. Ok, I'm done ;) Sorry… can’t… help… nitpick! I’m Italian, that’s my excuse :)
