Socialized healthcare sucks...take it from me who worked as a dietician in the hospitals there. My husband's uncle died due to a ruptured appendix...he could not survive the five day wait for his surgery at the downtown teaching hospital. So good thing you did not fall...better to fall the US!! It's good to just say "why the heck not?!" sometimes! Good for you. :) One time I was walking down the street and a car stopped by me and asked if I would dance for the camera. I said no, they needled, so I agreed. They started blaring music and I started dancing! Turns out they were filming clips for the Ellen Degeneres show. Fun. :) Oh, wish you had a picture!
