It is so great when young people make great financial decisions early on in life! I too bought a condo at age 20 and a series of houses over the last 21 years. While owning real estate is expensive at times, it is such a great investment. Even now if you didn't overbuy and you can wait to sell, real estate is a good thing. Tax breaks alone are worth it. We've made more money owning a house some years than actually working.... Happy day!
