I hope patience grows into me as I age. So far, not doing so well.
Thanks for this post. I loved it. It's so true, and so well said. Once again, your life is an example.

Patience is surely a struggle with almost everyone I know. Who really likes to wait? We all want things done when we want them. I am not too cranky when I have to wait in line, but my husband gets so frustrated! I have to laugh sometimes at how he pouts.

Yes, certainly, add me to the blogroll! I would love it.

I'm starting to get more patient. One way I've found that I do it better is by eliminating some of the things that stress me most. Driving stresses me, so I use public transit, for instance. It's not perfect, but it lowers my stress so that when I do have to deal with something annoying I feel better prepared.

As I age, I also find my zealous youth mellowing to a more peaceful acceptance. I like it, I have to admit.
And I can identify well with what you're saying here, too. I tend to be a very impulsive person, as well, but having been burned more than once in my life, I'm finding my reflexes slowing down a bit! Thank goodness, and my husband is thankful, too! :)
