I have been living in a fixer upper for the past two years and it has been hell. If you have children, please think twice! We lost valuable precious time with our children while we remodeled bathrooms, kitchen, and floors. If you add up all the money we spent and all the time we lost with our children….it isn’t worth it in the end! I don’t think it was and I will never do it again!
