My living room drapes have a similar effect. Except cafe curtain clips on small coat hooks gather the fabric. It was much cheaper than buying a twelve foot curtain rod. I only used one pair of curtains for my three side by side windows, too. I cut them in half and sewed up the sides. They are held up by four hooks and are scrunchy in between for a nice effect.

I may have to start a home decorating blog. I'm having so much fun here! :)</description>
